The Law Office of Zapicchi & Liller, LLP was founded on a straightforward belief: America’s legal system should work for the people it’s meant to serve. Partners Aaron S. Liller and Mario D. Zapicchi have each been practicing law since 2010, and they built this firm around the idea that every client deserves genuine personal attention, not just a case number.
From the start, Aaron and Mario chose to work collaboratively, pooling their perspectives on every file rather than siloing clients to a single attorney. That approach shapes how our firm operates today across every part of our practice.
Meet Our Founding Attorneys
Aaron and Mario each bring distinct backgrounds that strengthen what our firm can offer.
Aaron S. Liller
Aaron earned his law degree from Widener University and served as an extern for the U.S. Department of Justice, an experience that gave him a perspective on federal law that goes beyond what private practice alone provides. He’s admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Federal 3rd Circuit, which extends the firm’s reach into federal court when a matter demands it. He’s also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Monmouth and Burlington County Bar Associations.
Mario D. Zapicchi
Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, an M.B.A. from Philadelphia University, and his law degree from Widener University. He has earned recognition that reflects both his standing in the profession and the firm’s geographic reach:
- Super Lawyers New Jersey Rising Stars: Mario has been selected for this peer-nominated recognition, based on independent research and evaluations representing the top of the profession in New Jersey.
- Dual-State Licensure: Mario is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, giving clients coverage when a matter crosses state lines.
Like his partner, Mario has been practicing law since 2010.
